MGU Specialty Risk Services offers a complete spectrum of services to assist Responsible Reporting Entities “RREs” in establishing and maintain compliance with the provisions of Section 111. While RREs are unable to delegate their responsibility for reporting, RREs are able to appoint an AGENT to serve on their behalf. We serve as your Agent and offer the following services as your agent:

• Assist the authorized representative during the registration period
• Verify Medicare Beneficiary status of claimants
• Gather all reportable claim information and data
• Entry of data into proper CMS report format
• Verification with you and defense counsel of appropriateness of information in advance of report to CMS
• Submission of report to CMS
• Continued responsibly of reporting during life of claim
• Advice and support to RRE on all Section 111 mandates
